  Working in the Quantum way engages the performer in every moment and creates awareness of every detail. I adore the freedom, spontaneity and control it brings to working. I use Ira's principles when acting, improvising, being photographed, teaching aerials, and creating movement. Working in this way brings clarity, truth and an ease to creating, teaching and performing. It is JOY. Occasionally I even remember to bring this way of being across into my life!"
